Tom McLeod is the President and CEO of McLeod Software, which he founded in 1985. He has long been active in the American Trucking Association, the Truckload Carriers Association, and the Alabama Trucking Association and has held leadership positions in the same. Tom is a thought leader in the transportation industry, specifically on the use of current and upcoming information technology to support trucking and brokerage operations.
Houston Vaughn is the President and COO of Birmingham-based PS Logistics, the umbrella company encompassing P&S Transportation, Blair Logistics, and a dozen other asset companies, where he manages and oversees daily operations for the PS portfolio. With more than 35 years of industry experience, Houston managed the western operations of Falcon Transport from 1990 to 2007 then joined the P&S team as COO in 2007 and was named President in 2012. Since coming aboard, he has facilitated historic growth companywide from 123 trucks when he started to over 3500 trucks and growing today. Houston was also instrumental in the successful acquisitions of 19 trucking companies, expanding the PS footprint from the Southeast throughout the U.S.
