Dr. Julie Blumreiter

Dr. Julie Blumreiter is Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of ClearFlame Engine Technologies, a company dedicated to creating innovative solutions that rapidly decarbonize heavy-duty industries. She leads engineering research and development of ClearFlame’s engine modification technology, which powers heavy-duty engines with clean, renewable fuels. Julie earned her B.S. in mechanical engineering from Johns Hopkins University and both her M.S. and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Stanford University. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, SAE International and a contributing author of SAE’s award-winning book ‘Doing the Hard Work.’
 

Dr. BJ Johnson 

Dr. BJ Johnson is CEO and co-founder at ClearFlame Engine Technologies, a company dedicated to creating innovative solutions that rapidly decarbonize heavy-duty industries. ClearFlame’s technology uses various clean, renewable fuels to power diesel engines, reducing emissions and ownership costs and maintaining performance. BJ’s vision has attracted significant investors and strategic partners, including the Department of Energy, Mercuria, and Breakthrough Energy Ventures. In 2021, BJ was named to the Grist 50—a list of emerging leaders working on real-world solutions to the world’s biggest challenges. BJ earned his BS, MS, and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.  

Srikanth Padmanabhan

As president of the Engine Business, the largest of Cummins’ five business segments, Srikanth Padmanabhan pushes the boundaries of customer-focused innovation to position Cummins as the leading powertrain supplier of choice, with its portfolio ranging from diesel, natural gas, and hydrogen, to hybrid and electric powertrains. In 2022, Srikanth and the team successfully drove the $11-billion business to achieve profitable revenue growth and manufacture 1.2 million engines globally.

Michael Grahe

Michael Grahe is Executive Vice President, Operations of Navistar, Inc. He is responsible for product planning, program management, product development, procurement, quality, supply chain and logistics, and manufacturing across the company. He is also a member of the Executive Board of Navistar. 

Prior to his current role, Grahe was Chief Technology Officer of the TRATON GROUP and was based in Sweden. At TRATON, he oversaw the technology and product planning, strategic procurement, as well as all alliance management activities. 

Ryan Manthiri

Ryan Manthiri is a Project Leader in Shell Global Solutions Technology Group. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a career long interest in engines, vehicles, lubricants and energy, and has led many collaborative projects associated with leading OEMs in Mining, Transport and FMCG sectors.
